OUR STORY
George and Kathy Heidelmaier started It’s PayDay in January 2008, when they both resigned from their jobs to fill a void in the local industry for an honest and reliable payroll company. With limited clients in the pipeline, a desire to help their fellow business owners, and a drive and passion to succeed, It’s PayDay began.
From the loft of their Bel Air condo with two desks, one computer and one phone, Kathy managed the operations side of the business and George managed the sales side. After 6 months, they had over 40 clients and then hired their first employee to support their efforts. By the end of the first year It’s PayDay had nearly 100 clients. It’s PayDay found a niche in the medical industry while also growing a large portfolio of nonprofit clients. Each year, It’s PayDay grows at approximately 100 happy clients.
Currently, It’s PayDay helps over 500 small and medium sized businesses with the challenges of a complicated payroll world.
